Vibhor Chaturvedi of X-I participated in zonal Sanskrit declamation competition held at Sarvodya Bal Vidyalaya Gandhi Memorial, G.T. Road, Shahadra on 30th August 2019.As many as 58 schools participated in the competition. Vibhor’s confidence and extraordinary oratory skills helped him secure the FIRST POSITION in the competition.

RAMANJALI

Greenfields Public School, Dilshad Garden organized ‘Ramanjali’ – Smt. Rama Joshi Memorial Inter School Declamation Contest on 30th August 2019 in its premises.

The event commenced with the lamp lighting ceremony by the Principal,  Headmistress,  Incharges and the judges. This was followed by Krishna Stuti by the school choir.

The contest was judged by Dr. Nilanjana Mukherjee, Professor of English, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi and Mr. Subhash Garg, Secretary, Maharaja Agarsen Engg. and Management College, Delhi. As many as 31 students from 17 schools participated in the event. It was held in two categories. The topic for Senior Group was “Strength has no gender” and for Junior Group was “Tomorrow never comes.”

3. A Group of 10 girls participated in Interschool Folk dance competition and won Third prize at Hillwoods Academy, Preet vihar.

Aditya Bhaskar- XII A1, participated in ‘Game On’ competition and organized by D.A.V. School Shrestha Vihar during their Annual event ‘Effusion and Techesta’ held on 6th and 7th August ‘19. He exhibited his technical insight and won Third Prize

 

·    A group of eleven students participated in Inter School Dance Drama Spoof competition held on 30th August, 2019 at Manav Rachna International school, Noida. The students bagged Third Position and were explicitly appreciated for the usage of spoof, team involvement, voice modulation and body projection.  Krishna of X-A gripped the audience with his marvellous performance and was titled as the best actor. The following students participated in the competition: Krishna- X A, Vansh-  X C, Harsh Tomer -  X C, Satvik - X C, Kartik- X C, Shubham- X C, Urja- X B, Parth Joshi-  XI B3, Naina- IX A, Ojaswi- IX A, Shobhit- IX D.

·    The students of Greenfields public school, Dilshad garden took part in Zonal Hindi Poem Recitation Competition held at St. Eknath, J&k Block, Dilshad Garden on 21st August ,2019. Out of 14 schools of in the category of senior boys, Akash Verma- XI C4 secured First Position whereas Naman Tyagi- VIII-G secured First Position among junior boys and Ashika Singh secured Second Position among junior girls. Dhruv Aggarwal from XI B2 bagged Second Prize in ‘Mathamani’ at Confluence- a series of Inter School Competitions organized by Hillwoods Academy on 17th August, 2019.

·    Hadiya Khan and Nidhi Jangid, both from XI C2, participated in Inter School Science Symposium Competition ‘Crusade’ in which the students had to present PPT on the topic ‘Hazards of Plastics and E waste.’ They clinched the First Position and were awarded with certificates and a trophy for their splendid presentation and the team work.

Pragya of class VIII A, participated in Inter School Turn Coat Debate Competition organized by Bal Bharti Public School on 3rd May, 2019. Pragya did the school proud by winning Second Position. She elucidated on ‘Dependency on Gadgets and Social Sites’ and was appreciated for her confidence and voice modulation.
